Bikram Yoga

We have taken the original 26x2 practice and condensed it into 60min (traditionally 90min). Bikram Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga practiced in our hot room, typically set at 105°F with 40% humidity. It consists of a specific sequence of 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (optional), designed to promote strength, flexibility, and balance. The series is carefully structured to work every part of the body, helping to detoxify and improve overall health. The heat helps to warm muscles, making it easier to stretch deeper, while encouraging the release of toxins through sweating. Here, you will focus yourself in each pose, find your alignment, then take it deeper. Suitable for all levels and great if you are wanting to learn foundational yoga poses..

Vinyasa & Power Vinyasa Yoga

Sculpt Yoga

Sculpt Yoga is a high-intensity yoga class that combines traditional yoga postures with strength-training exercises, often using weights or resistance bands. The practice focuses on building muscle, increasing endurance, and improving flexibility, while still maintaining a connection to breath and mindfulness. It’s an energetic workout designed to tone and sculpt the body while also offering the mental and physical benefits of yoga.

 

 

Vin Yin

Vin Yin Yoga is a hybrid practice that blends the dynamic flow of Vinyasa Yoga with the deep, restorative stretches of Yin Yoga. In a typical class, you'll move through a few rounds of Vinyasa to build heat and energy, followed by longer-held, floor-based Yin poses that target the connective tissues and promote deep relaxation. This combination offers a balanced practice, fostering strength and flexibility while also cultivating relaxation and mental clarity. It's perfect for those seeking both movement and stillness in their yoga practice.
