Jess

Owner of Indigo Bloom Yoga & Wellness

As the owner of Indigo Bloom Yoga & Wellness, I am deeply passionate about guiding others on their journey to holistic well-being. With a background as a 500-Hour Certified Master Trainer and Certified Sound Healer, I blend the physical, mental, and energetic aspects of yoga to create a transformative experience for every student who walks through our doors.

My journey into wellness began with a Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Retail Merchandising and Design, along with a minor in Sociology, from North Dakota State University (NDSU). While my academic path was rooted in creativity and design, I soon realized my true calling was to share the healing power of yoga and sound to foster deeper connection, inner peace, and balance.

At Indigo Bloom, I’m grateful to help cultivate a welcoming community where we encourage each other to grow and bloom—both on and off the mat. I believe that through creativity, mindfulness, and a sense of belonging, we can all find our center and create lasting positive change in our lives.

Andrea

Instructor (Bikram, Vinyasa, Vin Yin)

I fell in love with yoga after I took my first class. I am thrilled to be a part of the Indigo Bloom Community! My mat is a place where I find a sense of contentment, self-awareness, and mind body connection. I decided I wanted to share this beautiful practice with other like minded people. I completed my 200 Hour Training in April 2019 and started teaching shortly after. I am also a third-grade teacher in the West Fargo Public School District. My husband and I love to travel; I have attended yoga classes in Alaska and Hawaii! I am beyond grateful for a path that led me to teaching yoga, I hope you join me soon!

Tori

Instructor (Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Bikram)

Hi! My name is Tori and I have a passion for all things active. I grew up playing any sport I could get signed up for, showing horses, and hiking and skiing in the mountains of Montana. I have always loved challenging my body in new ways that focus on form, body alignment, and mindfulness. I took my first yoga class in 2016 and was hooked. After being a student for only a few months, I realized pretty quickly it was something I wanted to learn more about and deepen my own practice by completing a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher training in 2017. Since, I have taught yoga and Pilates locally in the Fargo-Moorhead community, attended a yoga retreat and camp in Costa Rica, and explored yoga studios nationwide whenever I am traveling.
When I am not teaching or practicing myself, I probably have my nose buried in a book, am hiking with my German Shepherd -Reagan, traveling, or enjoying time with friends.
I am truly passionate about sharing this beautiful and life-changing practice with others, which is why teaching has become such an important thing in my life. It is an honor to lead each person who steps into my class through their own unique practice. I look forward to seeing you on the mat soon!

Shannon

Instructor (Vinyasa, Sculpt, Bikram)

Hey there, my name is Shannon Flanery I am a 200 RYT certified yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga my self for 7 years now, however fitness, working out and moving my body has always been a big part of my life. I spent much of my younger life as a dancer for West Fargo High School, Concordia College and NDSU. When I was thrust into the real world with a big dance sized void I found the practice of yoga and have never looked back. In my 9-5 I am a teacher at one of my favorite places West Fargo High School. I specialize in students who speak English as a second language and teach classes to support students who will be first time high school or college graduates. I LOVE my job. But even with a love of my day job we can all use a place to let it go. My hope for you is that you find my classes that place, where you can simply just be, and take a break from that real world and enjoy one that’s all your own for an hour. I can’t wait to meet you!

Jen

Instructor (Sculpt Yoga, Vinyasa)

Yoga inspires me to live each moment with intention. I began practicing yoga hoping it could help me find some relief from chronic pain. Yoga not only helped to significantly reduce my pain, it has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and has taught me how to practice mindful meditation. Although I certainly haven’t mastered that part yet, the journey has brought tremendous joy, healing & wellness into my life. I look forward to getting to know you all through this journey.

Jaime

Instructor (Sculpt Yoga)

Jaime has always been a leader in the fitness community. Active and athletic, health and wellness have always been the forefront of her life.

Jaime’s yoga journey began when her personal trainer at the time encouraged her to try hot yoga due to chronic back pain after the birth of her second boy. (10 years ago) It was the immediate strength and mental transformation that changed her life. She found her true success on her mat, learning to love herself and be present in the moment. She earned her Sculpt certificate in 2014 and her 200 RYT/Yoga Alliance in 2019.

She is badass yogi, known for her burpees, but always welcomes everyone with open arms. She is excited to share her passion of yoga, fitness, and over all wellness and help them find inner love, strength, and peace.

She is loyal to her family and friends and devoted to her four young boys. They keep her busy with their active lifestyles.

Chelsi

Instructor (Vinyasa, Vin Yin)

Hi I am Chelsi.
I was 200 RYT in 2020, I have continued to expand my teaching by completing certificates in recognizing trauma in the body, praying with the body and the biblical perspective of chakra energy.

In my classes my hope is for you to experience a greater sense of self and the strength and peace you can harness just by showing up.

My personal style of teaching is focused on simple sequences that help us to ground ourselves in the present, let go of stress, harness grace & peace and move towards dynamic flows.

Outside of teaching I offer spiritual direction which is a safe space for people to externally process their internal world.
When I have free time I enjoy walking my dog, hosting and cooking for family and friends, playing board games, reading and traveling.
